Delivery Dates & Lead Times:
.Delivery dates and quoted lead times are estimates and do not represent fixed or
guaranteed dates.

.Suntronics Components has several convenient options for you to choose from. We
accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express, C.O.D. and extend credit terms to qualified
businesses.
.Our normal open credit terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Open an

Shipping:
.All orders are F.O.B ,FLORIDA
.SUNTRONICS uses UPS Ground for all ground shipments unless
otherwise specified.
.Due dates are considered dates that you require product on your dock.
Freight Damages & Shortages:
.If product is received from SUNTRONICS COMPONENTS that has been damaged in
shipping, keep all packaging material and contact the carrier. The customer
must make claims for loss or damage in transit.
.WE reserve the right to ship plus or minus 10% unless otherwise stated on all
orders.
.Claims for shortages or over shipments must be made within 5 days after receipt of
shipment.
Cancellations:
.A Suntronics components customer service representative must authorize any
cancellation.
.Canceling a scheduled order may cause a price adjustment to reflect actual usage.
RETURN POLICY & LIMITED WARRANTY
Suntronics Components sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 40 days of invoice will be for replacement, repair or refund for the customer's purchase price . If and only if ,all or the following conditions are met
:
(A) Purchased products are returned to Suntronics Components within forty (40) days of the date such products were shipped by Suntronics Components to customer:
(B) Such products are returned to Suntronics Components due to problems with their form, fit or function, which Suntronics Components hereby warrants, but only for such fourty (40) day period:
(C) Such returned products are returned to Suntronics Components accompanied by a " failure report" from a credible independent testing facility certifying the problem with the products" form, fit and function;
(D) All products are returned to Suntronics Components in their original packaging, condition, form, fit and function.(Any alteration to product or packaging ( AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THE ABOVE WARRANTY) Suntronics gives no warranty; either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Suntronics be liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall Suntronics be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse, or altered during assembly.
